Brainwave entrainment is simply the use of certain tools and devices to synchronize your brainwave to the desired brainwave pattern. Studies have shown that certain brainwave patterns are useful and effective for certain purposes.
Scientists classified brainwave patterns into 4 broad categories – beta, alpha, theta and delta. Beta brainwave is found during our normal waking state while apha brainwave has been noted to be achieved when we are relaxed and in a meditative mode. Learning and creativity can be enhanced in the alpha state.
