Mind That Heals
Many modern scientists still believe that life occurs by chance, and that our brain and body chemistry is autonomous of the mind.
But the ancients knew that it was not the brain that creates the mind. Rather, it is the mind that creates the brain and body.
However, the brain and the body, once created, have the feedback mechanism that influence the mind. To put it in another way, our physical body cannot create. It is made of matter, and like all matter, it does not have any creative power. Only the mind can create, and it is the mind that creates our body and continue to influence and shape it as we grow. Perception is not Knowledge

Knowledge is certainty. It is certain because it does not change. Truth is eternal. Truth is knowledge.
Perception arises from a perspective. Therefore, perception is never complete or whole. It implies polarity and judgment. Perception changes according to perspective.
Therefore, perceiving is not knowing. Perception is not knowledge.
Never What It Seems
Without any exception, I’m sure everyone has gotten angry before and even have some angry outburst here and there.
The next time you get angry, pause and reflect on why you are angry? At the superficial level, we can always come up with a great excuse for our angry outburst, but if we dare to look deeper, then we’ll discover that at the root of our anger is a little thing called the “ego”. Read more
What is infinity to you?
We think we understand what infinity is, but do we really?
They say God is infinite. God is omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscience. That God is Love, and so God’s love is infinite. What can we deduce from these statements?
Let’s take a look at the characteristics of infinity. You cannot add to infinity because if you can, it would not have been infinity in the first place. You cannot deduct from infinity either because taking anything from infinity would make it not infinite. Therefore, you cannot multiply or divide infinity as well. Read more
Is Yours a Benevolent Universe?
Do you believe that the Universe you live in is a benevolent universe? Or do you believe that it is hostile to your desires?
Take a moment to reflect on this and you’ll see that your life now is a reflection of that belief.
Your inner belief is the map you use to navigate this life. If your map is inaccurate, you’re not likely to reach your destination, no matter how well you can read the map.
The Right to Receive
Do you find it easier to give than to receive? Is it easier for you to give things to others than to receive gifts from others?
If so, have you ever wonder why you feel so?
If you look deeply and honestly, then you’ll realize that this feeling arises from the belief that we can receive things only when we have earned them. In other words, we can receive only when we have worked hard for it. That is to say, that we have physically put in the effort and time. Read more
Awareness Before Change

Before any change can occur, there must be a clear awareness of your present situation and an awareness of an alternative way to live, to think and to behave. Acknowledge to yourself the need to change and then take the courage to embrace change.
Awareness can come with meditation, reflections, feedbacks from others, and from wide reading. Take time to meditate or have quiet reflections. Slow down. When life is running too fast, it is difficult to pause and reflect. You miss a lot of opportunities for insights when you’re in a rush. Don’t just do; just be. Read more
Change Your Beliefs
To change your life in small ways, change your attitudes and your habits. To change your life in a big way – to achieve a metamorphosis or a real transformation – change your beliefs.
A belief is a perception of reality. There is no right or wrong beliefs, only beliefs that work or do not work for you towards achieving what you want in your life. If you want to be rich but you have a belief in lack, then no matter what you do to change yourself outwardly, you cannot become rich. Why? Because your belief in lack will be your internal map of reality, guiding you to see and perceive the world and your surroundings through a microscopic lens of scarcity. You cannot recognize opportunities and wealth even when it is in your midst. Read more
The Mind that Plans
Many people who have watched “The Secret” movie are inspired by its simple yet powerful message that we can be the master of our destiny simply by being in charge of what goes on in our mind.
Yet, many have also become disappointed that this simple message does not necessarily translate into simple application in daily living. Most tried to put into practice the principles taught in the movie but did not get the results they had hope for…. and they don’t know why. Read more
A Simple Story about Love
A touching story found circulating the Net. Author unknown. Message is universal.
I was born in a secluded village on a mountain. Day by day, my parents plowed the yellow dry soil with their backs towards the sky.
I have a brother who is 3 years younger than me. I wanted to buy a handkerchief, which all girls around me seemed to have. So, one day I stole 50 cents from my father’s drawer. Father had discovered about the stolen money right away. Read more
