Living without Fear
Is it possible to live a life without fear?
In all probability, you have not come across anyone in your life who is without fear. We therefore, from our own experiences, generally believe that fear is part and parcel of a normal life.
However, in recent times, we have heard of people who are able to live their lives without fear. People like Eckhart Tolle, Byron Katie and Jan Frazier are a handful of people who have written about and share their discovery of a fearless life. In olden times, many mystics and gurus have also been able to achieve living their lives without fear and sufferings. Read more
Fear
Article from http://www.MysticWarrior.us:
Probably the most debilitating emotion that humans must confront is that of fear. Fear confuses. Fear paralyzes. Fear prevents you from thinking clearly, accessing your spiritual gifts and being who you truly are.
Fear is the anticipation of future pain. It’s been said tha 90% of humans are motivated to avoid pain, while only 10 seek pleasure. It’s no surprise that we suffer from fear. We’ve been trained to fear from an early age. Don’t play in traffic – fear of getting run over. Don’t talk to strangers – fear of being abducted. Where Science meets Spirituality
Spiritual traditions of the past talk about the existence of a spirit or substance that cannot be perceived by our 5 physical senses. This spirit has through the ages been called many names – God, Tao, Primodial Spirit, Energy, etc. This “substance” is the source of all things. It is from it that everything arises. Changing a belief as set and deeply imprinted as this requires persistent and diligent effort. We are so used to experiencing life from this limited physical perspective (body) that we are almost totally unaware of our unlimited spiritual aspect (spirit/mind). Read more

We are increasingly living in a fear-based society where national policies are motivated by fear. We have fear of terrorism and lately fear of recession. Individually, we are also increasingly living and doing things with fear as the main motivator. We fear loss of job, loss of income, loss of health, loss of security and loss of self esteem.
In a world where the natural law of attraction works without exception, now more than ever we need to remind ourselves that the world we experience externally is a mirror reflection of our inner thoughts. Therefore, if we continue to focus on fear, we will only be attracting more fear into our lives. Read more
