How do I stop negative thoughts?

“How do I stop my negative thoughts?” – is a question that I have been asked many times. If you have ever asked this question then you will feel such enormous relief in knowing the answer, because it is so simple. How do you stop negative thoughts?
You plant good thoughts!
When you try to stop negative thoughts, you are focusing on what you don’t want – negative thoughts – and you will attract an abundance of them. They can never disappear if you are focused on them. The “stop” part is irrelevant – the negative thoughts are your focus. It doesn’t matter if you are trying to stop negative thoughts or control them or push them away, the result is the same. Your focus is on negative thoughts, and by the law of attraction you are inviting more of them to you.
The truth is always simple and it is always easy. To stop negative thoughts, just plant good thoughts! Deliberately plant good thoughts! You plant good thoughts by making it a daily practice to appreciate all the things in your day. Appreciate your health, your car, your home, your family, your job, your friends, your surroundings, your meals, your pets, and the magnificent beauty of the day. Compliment, praise, and give thanks to all things. Every time you say “Thank you” it is a good thought! As you plant more and more good thoughts, the negative thoughts will be wiped out. Why?
Because your focus is on good thoughts, and what you focus on you attract.
So don’t give any attention to negative thoughts. Don’t worry about them. If any come, make light of them, shrug them off, and let them be your reminder to deliberately think more good thoughts now.
The more good thoughts you can plant in a day, the faster your life will be utterly transformed into all good. If you spend only one day speaking of good things and saying “Thank you” at every single opportunity, you will not believe your tomorrow.
Deliberately thinking good thoughts is exactly like planting seeds. As you think good thoughts you are planting good seeds inside you, and the Universe will transform those seeds into a garden of paradise. How will the garden of paradise appear? As your life!
10 Reasons why Holocreation is more powerful than Visualization

Creating reality in the moment is holographic creation. You can also call it manifesting in holographic time. You create what you want on a spiritual level (quantum level), and then it grows until it becomes crystallized into physical reality.
All these ten comparisons between holographic creation and visualization are based in the fact that there is no such thing as time. As Robert Anthony said in the quote at the start of this chapter, “The only moment is now”.
Note: Some people who are skilled at visualization are actually doing holographic creation without knowing it. Visualization (seeing detailed images) is part of holographic creation. This chapter fully explains the differences between the two.
So when I speak of visualization, I’m talking about the limited version of visualization as traditionally taught. Visualization is very powerful for some people precisely because they understand the deeper laws of holographic creation! Now you have these keys to manifestation also!
1. Present vs. Future
Holographic creation is a present activity. You build your creations in the present, not in the future. Your focus is truly in the eternal now. Visualization is future-based.
Visualization is focused on a desired future, not on creating something in the present.
2. Actual Creation vs. Pictures
Holographic creation is really creating something. Holographic Creations are real entities. They are made of matter (just a more refined matter – not visible to us now).
Visualization works with pictures. Visualizations are images, and are not usually considered as having a real “existence”.
3. Permanent vs. Short Lived
A properly constructed holographic creation has the power of permanence. They have continued existence after they are created. They grow independently while you go on to do other things.
A visualization is short-lived. If all you are doing is visualizing, your visualizations stop living and existing when you stop visualizing. The picture disappears.
4. Multi-Dimensional vs. Two Dimensional
Holographic creation is at least four-dimensional. It is actually a multi-dimensional process (more than four) but four is about all we can understand while in this current time and space game.
Visualizations are two-dimensional. Visual images are merely representations in our mind.
5. Inner World vs. Outer World
Holographic creation is focused on creation in the inner world of thought, light, energy, and sound. In reality, it is all energy. Youknow that the outer manifestation of your thought creations are simply a natural result of the inner manifestation.
Visualization is focused on outer reality. The focus in visualization is on the physical world, with little or no emphasis on spiritual pre-creation.
6. Emotional Power vs. Detailed Images Only
Holographic creation uses emotion. You can only do holographic creation if you properly use your emotions. You actually feel the emotions you want to feel. The holographic creation sheet helps because you have to actually write down the name of the emotion. You have to decide what emotion you want to feel – confident, joyful, connected, and energetic, and feel the emotion in the present moment!
Visualization does not include emotion. Note – many promoters of visualization have discovered the power of emotions and added this to their visualizing program, which is a great plus. Millions of people have found visualization powerful, and it can be. But millions of others have found no benefit. By itself, visualization does not include all the steps. Some find the keys to effectiveness on their own, and some do not. Holographic creation contains all the elements, and that is why it is so effective at creating what you want in life!
7. Gratitude vs. Grasping
Holographic creation uses gratitude to align your energies. Proper gratitude is an inherent part of holographic creation. Gratitude aligns your energies with the inner world and allows you to manifest in an easy manner. When you decide to create something good in your life, you must be grateful for what you already have in that area of your life. Trying to manifest from a state of total dissatisfaction with your life (ingratitude) is not effective. It also does not reflect the reality of the many blessings you do have.
In visualization there is no emphasis on gratitude. Most often in visualization there is simply wanting, craving, and grasping with no thankfulness for present blessings. You can find things to be grateful for in any area of your life. The holographic creation sheet makes you find these areas because you have to write it down!
8. Hope vs. Doubt
Holographic creation generates amazing hope and confidence. When your energies are aligned, and you absolutely know you are creating in the inner reality, you feel so good! You can feel your creations growing and crystallizing into the denser physical reality.
Hope is a full expectation of desirable things to come. With holographic creation, you have this full expectation. Visualization works somewhere between doubt and hope. Most people who practice visualization hardly have that full expectation that the things they are visualizing will really become reality.
9. Welcoming vs. Needing
Holographic creation leads to a relaxed welcoming of desires. There is a divine unconcern that is an integral part of manifesting.
HoloCreation naturally produces this mental state. You have confidence because you know the reality of inner creation. This relaxed state leads to peace, oneness, patience, and effective action.Visualization usually stems from a needing, grasping desire. Because there is no work in inner reality, there is often a fear that what one desires will not come to pass. This fearful needing leads to discontent, impatience, hurry, and frantic action.
10. Always Works vs. Sometimes Works
Holographic creation always works. The laws of manifesting physical creation through prior holographic (spiritual) creation always work. You just have to learn the laws and practice the methods.
Visualization sometimes has great results. When visualization works, it’s because the individual is naturally and intuitively including many of the elements of holographic creation. Their results will improve by understanding the principles in a conscious way.

We’ve all heard about the power of gratitude – that we need to be appreciative of the good that we have and received from others in order for us to attract more of the same into our lives.
While it may seem easy to be grateful for some, for others this is not a habit they are familiar with. For these latter group, to automatically generate a feeling of gratitude can be a challenge. Then again, that is all the more reasons why they must do it, practice more and turn this into a habit.
Watch this short video clip and it will help you to generate this feeling of gratitude and appreciation for what you already have.
From Fear to Love

We are increasingly living in a fear-based society where national policies are motivated by fear. We have fear of terrorism and lately fear of recession. Individually, we are also increasingly living and doing things with fear as the main motivator. We fear loss of job, loss of income, loss of health, loss of security and loss of self esteem.
In a world where the natural law of attraction works without exception, now more than ever we need to remind ourselves that the world we experience externally is a mirror reflection of our inner thoughts. Therefore, if we continue to focus on fear, we will only be attracting more fear into our lives.
We must constantly remind ourselves to focus only on what we want, not on what we don’t want. By focusing on fear, we continue to perpetuate the vicious cycle. To change that external experience, we must turn our attention to unconditional love and faith in the universe.
In fact, unconditional love that is all inclusive, all embracing and perfect is the only reality. The rest is only an illusion created by our own mind. I love the quote from A Course in Miracles which says,
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists.
Herein lies the peace of God.
How can we live a life that is motivated by unconditional love?
We can only do so if we can see ourselves as more than just this physical body. We are spiritual beings, with a mind that is limitless, beyond time and space – a mind that is the key to determining our own destiny. Only through understanding our spirituality and our relation to the universe can we have faith that the universe will provide for all our needs.
In accordance with the Law of Attraction, the universe will give to us whatever we give to it through our thoughts. We are the owner of our thoughts and are totally responsible for the consequences arising from them. Shirking this responsibility is not an option and is done at our own expenses.

5 Reasons Why You Should Become a Coach
I have been running regular Personal Transformation and the Law of Attraction workshops but only recently have I considered becoming a personal coach. This thought came about because of a request by one of my workshop participants. After thinking about it and considering the benefits of coaching, I finally started coaching this year. Here are 5 reasons why anyone who wants to improve himself or herself should consider becoming a coach:
1. Coaching supports your own personal growth
If you are keen on self improvement, coaching is one of the best places for you to be. By becoming a coach, you commit yourself to grow, acquire knowledge and skills, and internalize them into your own life. After all, you need to lead by example. You have no choice but to walk your talk.
2. Have fun working with and helping people
This is especially true if you enjoy working with people. Whenever you contribute in some small ways to help another person improves himself or herself, you feel a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. It can truly brighten up the day. As you get better at helping people grow, you also grow in self confidence, self esteem and general well being. You become a happier person.
As you get better at helping people grow, you also grow in self confidence, self esteem and general well being. You become a happier person.
According to Abraham Maslow, the need to contribute to the well being of others is one of our basic human needs. Being a coach helps you to fulfill that need.
3. Contribute to lifting human consciousness
Each time you help someone become better than he or she was before, you are indirectly contributing to the uplifting of the human race as a whole. You expand global consciousness and make this community, society, country and the world a better place too.
4. Support your love for learning and sharing
If you are going to improve yourself, you will find that learning and sharing the things and skills that you have learned is the best way to internalize them into your life. Before you teach, you have to make sure you know your stuff. It will spur you on to master the things you teach and to know them in greater depth. Just knowing superficially will not do when you are teaching.
I am constantly reminded of the philosophy of the 5 P’s whenever I need to teach – “Prior preparation prevents poor performance”. Thus, being a coach commits you to lifelong learning and that is a good thing.
5. Challenge your creativity
Coaching is a challenging job. You will do well if you have your client’s interests at heart and if you are creative. What I mean is that you have to think out of the box and open your mind to new possibilities. Learn to see things from different perspectives. Often, all it takes to change a negative experience is to see it from a fresh perspective.
If all these reasons appeal to you, then you should seriously consider becoming a coach. It is really not as difficult as you may think. Here’s a good report on coaching to get you started.

The Incredible Power of Intention in Manifesting
March 21, 2008 by Tim

A lot has been said about the power of intention, yet many still do not get its true significance. This article is written with the intention (no pun intended) to clarify by looking at the mental components and processes of intention. Once you have seen the full picture, it will be easier to understand why intention is so powerful.
One of the limitations of conveying a message or meaning with words is that the word itself has deeper meanings which we do not see, thus we miss out the deeper processes and qualities that are associated with the particular word. Intention is one such word. To understand it, we need to look deeper.
Definition of Intention
The definition of intention is, according to Merriam Webster Online Dictionary, a determination to act in a certain way. Intention, therefore, is a desire to act. We can see here that there are two very important components to the quality of intention.
The first is the desire or determination and the second is the action involved. For intention to work for you, both components must be there.
Desire
The desire we talk about here is one that is clear and is associated with a will or determination to act on the desire. This clear desire or intent in our mind is our asking or letting the universe know that this is what we want to manifest. The act of publicly declaring your intention works to clarify what you want as well as to strengthen your resolve to act on it. You become committed. You are bound by your words. You also weakened your inner resistance to your stated intention.
When your intention is clear, the universe can easily process the instructions you gave it. This is in contrast to a wishy-washy, uncertain, non-committal kind of desire or wanting that serves only to confuse the universe and everyone else trying to help you. Ask and it is given, and with a clear committed intention, the universe obediently gives you what you asked for.
The Art of Allowing
However, asking is only the first step in the process of creation. The next step is allowing yourself to receive. This process of allowing is not as simple as it seems for it requires great faith in the universe. You cannot receive if you do not believe that the universe will provide.
This is an interesting paradox.
When you do not believe that the universe will provide, then you get exactly what you believe. In this case, you get nothing. When this happens, then it unfortunately reinforced your lack of trust in the universe and perpetuates the vicious cycle of distrust in the universe.
On the other hand, when you have absolute faith in the universe, you get what you believe and what you asked for gets manifested for you.
Thus the world’s most famous manifestor said, “Ask and know that it is done, and you shall receive it.”
In short, ask – believe – receive!
So, what can we do if we do not believe in the universe? How can we replace this limiting belief with a better one? There are in fact many methods to transform our beliefs. We will delve into this in another article.
Action
To receive, you have to act on the little coincidences, synchronicity and opportunities that seem to come to you at the right place at the right time. Acting on them in alignment with your intention will move you towards your goal, which is the manifested product of your intention. Intention, then, is the cause and your goal manifested the effect. This is true for all creation. Each must begin in the mind (intention) and ends in physical manifestation (form).
How to Create Your Life One Day at a Time
March 1, 2008 by Tim

Our lives consist of our daily events and experiences strung together from the day we were born to the day we die. So the best way to create our ideal lives is to live each day in the best possible way.
Many of us live our lives each day as an extension of the previous day. We drag along all our past limitations, mental habits, worn out beliefs and concepts, and all the baggage we’ve collected along the road of life.
I want to suggest to you to change that old way of living. Instead, try this formula for 30 days. You’ll be surprised by the change.
1. Begin each day as if it is the first day of your life. Discard all the old worn out beliefs, pains and frustrations, hurts and blames. Make a conscious decision to drop them all. Just let them go.
2. Remind yourself that you are a spiritual being – complete and whole. You are holy and pure, unblemished, untainted. You are a luminous light of radiant love that is unconditional, all embracing.
3. Realize that you create your life through your thoughts. You are fully responsible for all your creations – good or bad. You are the owner of your thoughts, your feelings and your actions. You reap the consequences of your thoughts and actions.
4. Spend the first 20 minutes of your day creating your perfect day. Visualize how you want today to be for you. See it in every single detail. Hear the conversations and the things you will say. Feel the emotions or passions related to each event and experience. Use all your senses, including smell, touch and taste. Experience it as if it is happening right now. The more “real” it feels to you, the easier it is to attract this reality into your life.
5. Live the day with a sense of heightened awareness. By this, I mean be mindful of your thoughts, feelings and actions. Note your thoughts. Are they self limiting and negative? If so, why? If you trace their sources, you will discover a limiting belief. As you learn to become more mindful of your thoughts, you will be able to discard more negative thoughts and replace them with positive, self affirming thoughts. When your inner mental state changed, you will see a corresponding change in your external experiences.
6. At the end of the day, spend another 20 minutes or so reflecting on the day. Be thankful for all the good things that have happened to you – the family and friends you have, your colleagues, your work, your hobbies and whatever else you have, though little there may be. Gratitude is a strong attractor that will bring you more of the same. Be joyful for the day and look forward to creating another new day tomorrow.
Remember to do this for 30 days. If you do it diligently, by the end of the month you would have acquired a new and more effective habit and way of living your life – one that attracts more abundance, good health and joy into your life.
