Russell Targ is a physicist and an author, and was a co-founder of the remote viewing program conducted by Stanford University in the 1970′s and 1980′s. In those days, the entire program was top secret and was funded by the CIA, but the program has since been declassified.

Remote viewing, as the name implies, is the ability to see things and places from a distance. In fact, it was found that one can see things and places anywhere and any time. In other words, the ability to do remote viewing transcend space and time, and is due to the non-local nature of the mind.
