The Importance of Supplemental Nutrition

Supplements

We use supplemental nutrition to target specific health issues, to strengthen and empower the natural immune system and to provide the body with the proper minerals it needs to maintain it's health.

Most participants report higher energy levels, longer lasting stamina, less depression and anxiety and even less pain. Almost all of them report less colds, flu and other sicknesses.

We will gladly have a nutrition expert create a custom regimen for you.

Although our food lacks the nutrition that our bodies need to maintain health and immunity, we have to eat.

Our dietary choices are very important to our health. We don't have to go full-blown vegan or vegetarian, but we do need to increase our intake of green vegetables and colorful fresh fruit.

Beans and legumes also provide proteins, calories, potassium and a variety of vitamins without meat.

If you eat meat, that's ok, but it should be in small portions.

Your body breaks down all carbohydrates into sugar. The outcome is glucose. Although we need glucose because it is what gives your body energy, the body makes enough on its own.

So, because they are low in fiber and digested quickly, eating refined carbs can cause major swings in blood sugar levels. This can contribute to overeating and weight gain. This is because foods high on the glycemic index promote short-term fullness, lasting only about one hour or less.

Unfortunately, for quite a long time now, our food supply is incapable of giving our bodies the nutrition that it needs to build new tissue, heal itself, grow properly and sustain our years. The only way to get the nutrition or the 90 essential vitamins and minerals that our bodies need daily, is to take dietary supplemental nutrition products. We cannot rely on food alone.

This is largely due to poor farming methods which depletes the soil of the nutrients necessary to transfer to the vegetable being grown in it. If the soil has little nutrition, then so will it's fruits.

Couple this with our poor eating habits and then factor in the large consumption of high carb foods and you get a perfect recipe for sickness, disease, poor immune system, poor energy levels, weight gain and other physical problems.

Unfortunately, these physical medical issues usually turn into depression very quickly. Worry, anxiety, stress coupled with physical ailment more often than not, turn into mental issues and lead to a very miserable life.

We're here to help!
